It's Official! James Tate and his team closed escrow this week on the 35-acre undeveloped property on the south side of Highway 120 in Big Oak Flat. If that isn't enough good news, James and his wife Hannah had a baby last week. To top it off, we welcome Yonder Yosemite as a first-time sponsor of the 49er Festival and thank you for your Silver support.
